To enter this mode, proceed as follows:
- Switch on the unit.
- Press STOP on the programmer
- Press DATA-ENTER - "CO-00" appears on display
- Press DISPLAY; SO-00 appears on display
- Select the required function for data entry by means of the up/down keys
- Press DATA-ENTER on the SO.. required.
- After reading the data, press DATA-ENTER and RUN to exit.
The series of faults that occur most frequently can be stored on the programmer for up to 24 hours after the system power has been restored.
SO-00 Frequency of impact during opening: the number of impact events recorded by the system. The installer can check if there are hidden obstacles
that prevent correct door movement during opening. The counter stores the number of events read by an automatic sensor activated by the
program "Impact during opening" (CO-31).
SO-01 Frequency of impact during closing: the number of impact events recorded by the system. The installer can check if there are hidden obstacles
that prevent correct door movement during closing. The counter stores the number of impacts read by an automatic sensor activated by the
program "Impact during closing" (CO-32).
SO-02 Frequency of HELP control signal: if the duration of the pulse exceeds 60 seconds, each event exceeding this value is recorded numerically in
this function. This may be due to the fact that some or all of the commands have been connected to the HELP terminal and are therefore
constantly engaged thereby exceeding 60 seconds, the effective memory storage time for fault signals.
SO-03 Frequency of LIMIT control signal: if the duration of the pulse exceeds 60 seconds, each event exceeding this value is recorded numerically in
this function. This may be due to photocell malfunctions or if photocells have been constantly engaged and exceed the interval of 60 seconds,
the effective memory storage time for fault signals.
SO-04 Frequency of OUTSIDE control signal: if the duration of the pulse exceeds 60 seconds, each event exceeding this value is recorded numerically
in this function. This may be due to the fact that some or all of the commands have been connected to the OUTSIDE terminal and are therefore
constantly engaged thereby exceeding 60 seconds, the effective memory storage time for fault signals.
SO-05 Frequency of INSIDE control signal: if the duration of the pulse exceeds 60 seconds, each event exceeding this value is recorded numerically in
this function. This may be due to the fact that some or all of the commands have been connected to the INSIDE terminal and are therefore
constantly engaged thereby exceeding 60 seconds, the effective memory storage time for fault signals.
SO-06 Not used
SO-07 Door sliding resistance: door resistance to sliding is recorded during opening and closing (not to be confused with obstacle detection). If
significant resistance is detected, the value is recorded in the memory numerically. This function is useful to determine door maintenance
requirements.
SO-10-19 HELP signal time: if the duration of the pulse exceeds 60 seconds it is recorded and the last ten events from SO-10-19 can be displayed. Older
data are deleted consecutively on entrance of a new event.
SO-20-29 LIMIT signal time: if the duration of the pulse exceeds 60 seconds it is recorded and the last ten events from SO-20-29 can be displayed.
Older data are deleted consecutively on entrance of a new event.
SO-30-39 OUTSIDE signal time: if the duration of the pulse exceeds 60 seconds it is recorded and the last ten events from SO-30-39 can be displayed.
Older data are deleted consecutively on entrance of a new event.
SO-40-49 INSIDE signal time: if the duration of the pulse exceeds 60 seconds it is recorded and the last ten events from SO-40-49 can be displayed.
Older data are deleted consecutively on entrance of a new event.
SO-50-59 Not used
