The KIT-ERP-ROOM is specially designed for the replacement of the manual fixed switches of a bedroom with three control
points (3 two-way switch) and the sockets that are usually next to them. The socket of this Kit has the advantage that it has a
USB charging port for mobile phones and tablets.
When there are three control points, the closest to the entrance door and the one located at the opposite end, are conventional
switches (Type B) and in them 3 cables are connected. The switch located between the two conventional switches is a
crossover switch (Type A) and 4 cables are connected to it.These instructions are made with the aim of facilitating the
replacement of the old series of mechanisms by the new Europa Series of SOLERA and contained in this Kit.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS..Old items disconnection.
1.- Disconnect the voltage from the general distribution panel, for this, lower the corresponding circuit breaker keys (lighting
and electrical sockets). For greater security or in case of doubt; disconnect the general switch of the distribution panel.
2.- Remove the old switches and sockets. Frames and switch operating keys are often removed by pressure. The socket
usually has a central locking screw, which must be loosened until the base cover is loose.A- Crossover switch B- Crossover
switch, connected as a conventional two-way switch.
3.- Loosen the metallic chassis of the boxes, loosening the fixing screws.
4.- Loosen the cables of the terminals, paying attention to their position and color.
Connection and placement of the new Europa Series mechanisms.
1.- This kit consists of a power socket with a USB charging port (5V) and a crossover switch. This crossover switch can be
used as such (Type A Central Switch) or as a conventional switch (Type B Side Switches). To connect it as a conventional
switch (Type B), terminal No. 3 remains unconnected.

2.- Connect the cables in the new mechanisms, considering the colors and respecting the position they had in the old
accessories.
The terminals are quick connection, so you do not need any tool to connect the cables. They open by pressure and close
when you stop pressing on the tabs.
3.- In the socket (Scheme 2) is very important that the cable (green / yellow) is connected to the central terminal. This cable is
the ground connection and gives protection against indirect contacts in case of an insulation fault.
