• Do not stick needles in the electric blanket!
• Do not use if it is folded or crumpled.
• Do not use when wet.
• Prior to use on an adjustable bed, check that the electrical
components and cords cannot get jammed in the hinges for
example.
• Only use this electric underblanket in combination with the switch
indicated on the label.
• Under certain conditions, the electric and magnetic fields
transmitted by this electric underblanket could affect the operation
of your pacemaker. However, the radiation values are far below the
limit values: electric field strength: max. 5000 V/m, magnetic field
strength: max. 80 A/m, magnetic flux density: max. 0.1 millitesla.
Therefore, contact your physician or the manufacturer of your
pacemaker prior to using this electric underblanket.
• Do not pull, twist or sharply fold the cords.
• Regularly check this electric underblanket for signs of wear and tear.
If there are signs of wear and tear, or if the electric underblanket
has not been used as intended, or the underblanket no longer gets
warm, have the electric underblanket checked by the manufacturer
prior to use.
• Do not open the appliance or repair it yourself under any
circumstances. If you do, a fault-free operation can no longer be
guaranteed. If you do not observe this instruction, the warranty will
become invalid.
• If the power cord of the appliance is damaged, it should be removed.
If it is not possible to disconnect the power cord from the appliance,
the entire appliance should be disposed of.
• When this electric underblanket is switched on,
– no sharp object may be placed on it,
– no heat sources such as hot water bottles, heating pads, etc.,
should be placed on it.
• The electronic components in the switch become warm when using
the electric underblanket. When switched on, the switch may not
be covered or placed on the electric underblanket.
