After approx. 6 minutes continuous pressing of a button:
After approx. 5 minutes, an acoustic signals sounds 5 times.
After approx. 6 minutes, this is repeated and the system switches to standby mode.
CAUTION!
Discharging of the battery!
After the automatic shut-off, the green control LED goes out, but the remote control stays in
standby mode with a low power consumption!
Turn off the main switch after use!
1. Turn off master switch (2G) and wait at least 1 second before turning on again to reactivate the
remote control.

Remote control error messages

The AL-KO "UP4" support system signals all error messages via the remote control with control LEDs
and/or an acoustic warning.

Meaning / Error message

OFF Remote control switched off and system not activated or
remote control in standby mode
OFF Remote control is ON and
system is ready for operation.
OFF Remote control is ON, but there is no connection to the control unit.
Possible cause:
Remote control too far from control unit.
Main switch not turned on.
An interference signal interrupts the connection between remote
control and control unit.
As soon as the problem has been resolved and green control LED (2I)
has a steady light, the system is ready for operation again.
