LCD Electronic Thermostat Code: 0769003

Mounting Location:
The thermostat is restricted to be used in indoor only. It should be mounted on an inner
wall about 1.5m above the floor at a position where it is readily affected by changes of
the general room temperature with freely circulating air. Avoid to mount on hot surfaces
(e.g. TV, Heater, refrigerator), or exposed to direct sunshine, or drought, or equipment
radiation or in laundry room. Do not expose this unit to dripping or splashing.
Mounting Instruction:
1/. Mounting the thermostat:
-
Ensure the surface is level
-
Place the cables as the hoe near the terminal block
-
Insert 2pcs of wall anchors into the holes of the wall

Fasten the thermostat with 2pcs of long screws through the 2 mounting holes
2/. Electrical Connection:
-
Wire the proper cables at the terminal block according to the circuit
diagram attached inside the top cover

Afterward, push all cables back into the wall
-
No metal conduit or of cable provided with a metal sheath. Recommend to add a 10A fuse(diagram with fuse) in
the line circuit

3/. Jumper Selection:
-
Heater, cooler Jumper: When jumper connector to "Heater", heater function is selected. When jumper connects
to :Cooler", cooler function is selected. If no any jumper connection, the heater or cooloer function will not work.
4/. Install or replace the battery:
CAUTION:
Turn off the electronic devices and disconnect the supply to the applicants before replacing the batteries.
Replace only with the same or equivalent type of batteries. Do not dispose the used battery with the
household waste. Refer to your local area for the proper disposal.
Pull out the battery drawer.

Place the new batteries according to the marking on the battery drawer.

Dispose the old batteries properly.
3.
Slide the battery drawer back to its position.
4.

Check if the thermostat works properly or not. Press Reset if necessary.

5/. Slide switch selection:

When the slide switch is set at " I " position, the thermostat will control the connected device ON or OFF according
to the control temperature setting

6/. Temperature setting up:

Select the comfortable temperature by pressing ▲ or ▼ to the desirable temperature

Return the room temperature display after 8 seconds with the
Maintenance:
Caution: Switch off the electric source before maintenance the thermostat. We
recommend that the maintenance should be performed by trained personnel.
1/. No heating or cooling control

Check "Heater/Cooler" jumper connection, replace the jumper if necessary
-
Check relay on/off performance by applying DC voltage at the coil, if it works then trace the control circuit
otherwise replace it

Check rubber key performance by pressing ▲ or ▼, the
changes. Otherwise align the rubber key or the LCD connector properly. If the problem is not fixed then replace the
PCB
-
Check the thermistor sensor performance by measuring the corresponding variable resistance under different
temperature, if it is in good condition and the LCD value will change accordingly, then trace the control circuit or the
LCD connection, otherwise replace it

If the control circuit has problem, replace the PCB if necessary
