STO RAG E
The generator shouHd be started at Heast once every seven
days and allowed to run at Heast 30 minutes. [f this cannot
be done and you must store the unit for more than 30 days+
use the following guideHines to prepare it for storage.
Generator Storable
+ CHean the generator as outHined in "Generator CHeaning".
+ Check that cooHing air shots and openings on generator
are open and unobstructed+
+ DO NOT phce a storage cover over a hot generatoc
+ Let equipment cool for a sufficient time before phcing the
cover on the equipment+

° To prevent gum from forming in fuel system or on
essentiaH carburetor parts+ add fuel stabilizer into fueH
tank and firthwith fresh fuel. Run the unit for severaH
minutes to circulate the additive through the carburetor.
The unit and fuel can then be stored for up to
24 months. FueH stabiHizer can be purchased locally.
, DO NOT store fuel from one season to another unHess
it has been treated as described above.
° RepHace fueH container if it starts to rust. Rust and/or dirt
in fuel can cause probHems if it's used with this unit.
+ Store unit in a dean and dry area.
