Cyclone
Some models allow the cyclone use, in order to
perform the assembling of the cyclone on the
shredder; follow the instructions bellow, as shown
in Figure 3.
1. Loosen the body (1) and stand (2), retaining nuts
located under the stand.
2. Fit body wedges (3) between the body (1) and
stand (2), to provide a gap between them and to
allow the closing plate (5) to move. Retighten the
body (1) retaining nuts.
3. Place the belts on the pulley (12).
4. Place exhaust rear closing (7) on the pulley (12).
5. Secure the fan (8) to the pulley (12) using screw (9)
and washer (19) that come with the cyclone set.

1. Secure the exhaust body (10) to the body (1) by
mean of screws (11).
2. Secure exhaust rear closing (7) to the exhaust body
(10) using screw (6), washer (18) an nut (13).
3. Screw the rods (15) to the silo (14) legs.
Simultaneously fit the legs to the silo support (20)
and the rod (15) to the hole at the lower part of the
silo (16). Tighten the rod (15) using the nut on the
inside part of the silo.
4. Fit exhaust rubber joint (17) to the upper outlet
of the exhaust assembled (10 and 7). Fit the tube
(4) on the silo input (21) and then to the exhaust
rubber joint (17).
5. If wanted, one can use the pins (22) in order to fix
a raphia sack to bag the shredded material. Shall
be able to control the shredded material output by
the silo closing door (23).
