Installation of Coupling to Tractor
1 - Shredder plus coupling unit
When purchasing the shredder plus the coupling,
the unit leaves the factory already assembled. In this
case, the installation only consists of connecting the
unit to the tractor, by means of the three coupling
points of the hydraulic system, as shown in Figure 4,
followed by placing the respective cardan shaft (5).

2 - Separate shredder and coupling
By purchasing the shredder and coupling separately,
the assembly mounting must be carried out as
shown in Figure 4 and the following manner:

a. Fix the machine (1) on the coupling (2).
b. Replace the shredder flywheel with the
coupling pulley (3), removing the flywheel
pulley and mounting the new pulley.
c. Align the pulley of the machine with the pulley
(6) which is assembled on the coupling.
d. Place the belts (4) (type and quantity), as per the
table at the side.
e. Correctly tension the belts through the
tensioning device by the pulley (6).
f. Connect the unit to the tractor by means of
the three coupling points (7) of the hydraulic
system.
