Important Control Solution Information

• Use only FORA control solutions.
• Check the expiration date on the control solution vial. Do not use
if expired.
• Control solution, monitor, and test strips should come to room
temperature (68°F-77°F/20°C-25°C) before testing.
• Shake the vial, discard the first drop of control solution, and wipe
off the dispenser tip to ensure a good sample and an accurate
result.
• Use for only 3 months after first opening. Record the first opening
date on the control solution vial. Discard after 3 months.
• Store the control solution with lid tightly closed at temperatures
between 36°F-86°F (2°C-30°C). Do not freeze.
The control solution range printed on the test strip vial is for FORA control
solution only. It is used to test evaluate monitor and test strip performance.
It is not recommended range for your blood glucose level.
