Release the folding hook and spread up the frame as shown below
until it is fully spread and locked. (Fig.1-3)

1. Front
assembling the wheels, make sure that the
lock mechanism is well attached each of
front wheels. Hold one front frame leg, push
the whole of front wheel set until covered
with front leg tube and the wheels come
to a stop. Repeat on the other side of front
wheels
