In accordance with Art.13, LD n.151,
07/25/2005:
"Directives
2002/96/CE, 2003/108/CE concerning the
reduction of hazardous substances in
electrical and eletronic equipment, as
well as waste disposal"
The Divorex series electric pumps are appropriate for lifting and
transferring of civil waste water.
The Divorex series are available both for fixed installation or for
mobile use.
Electrical connections must be carried out by qualified personnel complying with local safety regulations.
The electric plant must be earthed, both for the electric pump and for any control equipment.
The ground wire of the pump must be longer than other wires: in case of stripping, the ground wire must be the last to
detach from its connection.
Check that voltage and frequency values comply with electric pump identification plate values.
The pumps are supplied for star-delta or direct starting. In case of direct motor starting, the starting device must always
be equipped with a differential tripolar thermal relay, self compensated for protection against phase phailure and
overload. The rated amperage, indicated on the plate, can accept an increase up to 5%.

MOTOR PROTECTION

If the electropump is supplied with a 7 wire cable marked with letters T1/T2, the pump is equipped with thermal probes
to signal the motor overheating: they are closed bimetallic switches connected to the motor winding, which open when
the temperature exceeds 125 °C, interrupting the power supply to the coil of the main contactor and stopping the pump;
when the probes temperature drops to 107 °C, the coil is fed again.
It's advisable that connection is carried out at 24V-1,5A, but it is also possible to operate up to 250V having a maximum
capacity of 16A-cos(φ)=0,6.
It is also advisable to install a relay which keeps a warning light on confirming the intervention of thermal protections:
the shutdown must only be carried out with manual intervention.
If the electropump is supplied with a 7 wire cable marked with letters S, the pump is equipped with moisture sensor in
seal chamber: in this case it is available the alarm unit type CLB/3S – 230V+DS.
