equipment in which the sensor is installed is in a safe
condition (pressurize, no explosion risk, empty, rinse,
vent, etc.).

Product description
The sensors are delivered fully assembled, factory
tested and calibrated for correct function. A quali-
ty certificate and an inspection certificate 3.1 acc.
EN10204.3 / 1B is provided.

(InTap sensor not shown).
The sensors are installed by using a VP-Cable
(InPro 6860 i) or a 5 pin cable (InPro 6970 i /
InPro 6960 i / InTap sensor). Cables in different lengths
2 – 50 m are available from METTLER TOLEDO.

3.1
Analog integration
Integration without transmitter (InPro 6860 i nA /
InPro 6860 i mA):
For analog integration two versions of the InPro 6860 i
exist.
– The simulated nA signal is used for legacy biocon-
troller integration
– The 4 / 20 mA-output incl. HART signal is used to
integrate the sensor directly into a process logistic
controller (PLC).
