3. Hold the bulge on the back of the remote
control directly on the release switch for
5 seconds with the keys pressed.
The drives are activated and perform a
self-test.
There can be a brief sudden move-
ment if the drives are in contact with
the wheels.
Communication is established with the
drives.
The operating status LED lights up con-
tinuously green.
The drives are active.
4. Press and hold the keys until the LEDs on the
contact keys flash (fig. 2).
The procedure is activated – you can re-
lease the keys.
The drives move towards the wheels. The dri-
ves have only moved fully to the wheels once
all LEDs are continuously lit.
5. Check whether the drives are correctly in con-
tact.
ADVICE
Following contact between the drives
and the wheels, if the LEDs
are continuously lit, this means
there has been a fault during positioning
into contact.
Retract the drives to reset the fault.
Disengaging the drives from the wheels
CAUTION!
Risk of accident due to trailer rolling
away!
Always apply the handbrake of the cara-
van before starting to disengage the dri-
ves.
The numbers in brackets refer in this section to
Fig. 2.
Work steps
1. Press buttons (d and e).
2. Hold down the buttons until the LEDs on the
disengage buttons start to flash.
The process is activated; you can now
release the buttons.
The drives retract away from the wheels. If
both LED's light up continuously, the drives
are fully retracted.

3. Wait until the operating state LED also flas-
hes.
If both LED's light up continuously, the
drives are fully retracted.
4. Switch off the remote control at the ON/OFF
switch (b) located on the side.
5. Check that both drives are correctly disenga-
ged.
ADVICE
If the drives were not completely disen-
gaged (radio contact interrupted / remote
control switched off too soon), the follo-
wing steps must be carried out:

buttons (d and e).
2. If the two disengage LEDs do not flash,
hold the remote control against the enabling
switch.
3. Hold down the buttons until the disengage
LEDs start to flash.
If both LED's light up continuously, the
drives are fully retracted.
4. Wait until the operating state LED also flas-
hes.

Only now are the drives safely switched
off.
5. Switch off the remote control at the main
switch.
6. Check that both drives are correctly disenga-
ged.
