Undo the lining screw on the right.
Gently squeeze the lining and remove from
the plastic holders.
The visor can now be lifted off the hinges
and removed.
Fit a new visor onto the hinges, insert the
lining in the plastic holders and fix it in place
with the screws. Then attach the chin strap,
as described under 8.2 above.

a) Remove the neck padding, as
described under 8.1
b) Remove the chin strap, as described
under 8.2
Undo the screw in the middle of the
adjustment mechanism.
Remove the screws on either side of the
lining (as described under 8.3).
