IDENTIFICATION AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

IDENTIFICATION
The cultivator chassis carries a nameplate with the machine's serial number. This number must be
mentioned whenever you request after-sales service or order spare parts.

Clutch: Dry, manual.
Gearbox: gears in oil bath, 3 forward and 1 reverse speeds.
Speeds with 5.0-10 wheels and engine at 3600 rpm.

Top power take-off: same rpm as engine. 11 UNI 221 splining (anti-clockwise rotation).
Bottom power take-off: synchronized with the gearbox. 13 UNI 221 splining (clockwise rotation) for
trailers with driven wheels.
Safety device: the machine is built to safety standards. The reverse gear remains engaged only if the
gear lever is kept pressed and disengages automatically if this is not the case. When the handle is
released, the engine stops. Regulation tiller hoods.
Handlebar: Side and height adjustment - reversible.
Tiller: 92 cm standard with conversion to 65-118 cm.
Dimensions of standard machine: 130x92x100 cm.
Weight with petrol engine: 96 Kg.
Implements and accessories which can be fitted:

PUTTING THE MACHINE INTO SERVICE

1) Check that the machine has not been damaged in transit.
2) Fix the spur (fig. 8).
3) Fix the tines'covers (fig. 19).
4) Fix the engine support foot (when applicable), fig. 20.
5) Fill the engine oil tank (see engine handbook).
Checks to be made before starting, with the rotovator horizontal.
– Check that the gearbox oil level can be seen through the gauge (fig.4).
– To check engine oil, remove the level check cap, following the instructions in the engine handbook.
– Check the air filter oil level, ensuring that the filter is clean (fig.5).
– Check that there is a little slack on the clutch cable between the adjuster and the lever (fig.6 - 6A).
– Fill the tank with fuel, using a funnel with very fine filter to remove any impurities.
– Ensure that the gear lever is in neutral.
