MAINTENANCE

OFYR Tabl'O requires relatively little maintenance.
®

5.1 CLEANING

Clean the cooking plate while it is still warm. Wait until the OFYR
cleaning the other parts.
1. Lift the cooking plate.
2. Remove ashes and left-over briquettes.
3. Clean all parts with water and a mild detergent.
Do not submerge any of the parts in water, or clean any of the parts in the dishwasher.
4. Apply a layer of oil after cleaning.

5.2 REMOVING ASH AND EMBERS

Use a metal showel to remove ash or embers.
•
Use a metal bucket to store ash and embers.
•
Always place the bucket on a non-combustible surface,
well away from flammable materials.
•
Ashes can be used as a fertilizer in your garden.

STORAGE

During winter we recommend storing the OFYR
OFYR MANUAL - TABL'O
®
Tabl'O has cooled down before
®
Tabl'O in a dry and unheated space.
