(Fig 12). 30'' above the deck as shown in (Fig 12).
Note: Measure from Top of 5/4'' board to top of
2'' x 4'' rail board.

F. Install Lower Rail Boards
1. Install lower 2'' x 4'' rail boards as shown in (Fig 13).
