TERMINOLOGY AND SYMBOLS USED IN THIS MANUAL
• INTERVENTION ZONE zone circumscribing the area in which the installation is carried out and where the presence of an
exposed person represents a risk for the safety and health of that person (Annex I, 1.1.1 Directive 2006/42/EC);
• EXPOSED PERSON any person wholly or partially in a danger zone (Annex I, 1.1.1 - Directive 2006/42/EC );
• INSTALLER person in charge of installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, cleaning, repair and transport of
the device (Annex I, 1.1.1 - Directive 2006/42/EC );
• RESIDUAL RISK risk which it has not been possible to eliminate or sufficiently reduce through the design.
