Operation
readable
The infrared electronics emit invisible, pulsed light.
The sensor system is adjusted so that water flow is initiated
activatable
when the hands approach the vicinity of the spout.
deactivated
When the hands are withdrawn from the vicinity of the spout,
3.5 min
water flow is stopped after 1 s (factory setting).
The range of the sensor system is dependent upon the
reflective properties of the detected object.
Automatic safety shut-off
After 60 s of continuous detection of an object, the infrared
electronics automatically stop the water flow.
Maintenance
Shut off the water supply and switch off the voltage
supply.
Inspect and clean all components and replace if necessary.
I. Switched-mode power supply, see fold-out pages II and III
1. Loosen screw (G1) and remove wall plate (G), see Fig. [11].
2. Disconnect plug-in connector between switched-mode
power supply and electronics, see Fig. [12].
3. Detach upper part (B) of switched-mode power supply from
base and replace.
Assemble in reverse order.
