Possible Cause
∙ Aura is not (correctly) connected
to a power source
∙ The device is not correctly
positioned on the wireless
charging pad surface
∙ The distance between the
device and the wireless
charging pad is too large.
∙ Device does not have an
inductive charging function

Possible Solution
∙ Reconnect Aura to a power source
∙ Place the back of the device as central
as possible on the wireless charging
pad again.
∙ Reduce the distance between the
devices. If necessary, remove covers
or smartphone mounts.
∙ Ensure that the device is Qi-compatible
