PROBLEM
UNLOAD key does not work.
Locking cam does not engage.
Bend key does not work for
1/2" to 1-1/4" conduit.
Message "E6" or "CONDUIT
SUPPORT UP" appears.

PROBABLE CAUSE
Roller support is not all the way
down.
Unloaded to the starting position.
Too much squeeze on 1-1/2" or 2"
EMT, IMC, or rigid aluminum conduit.
Shoe rotated too far in unload
direction.
Roller support is not all the way
down.
Power was turned off while bending
1-1/2" or 2" EMT, IMC, or rigid
aluminum conduit.
Roller support lockout switch or wire
harness is bad or poorly adjusted.
Roller support is locked or jammed.
Due to the geometry of the bend, the
shoe hook would end up interfering
with the first bend while making the
second.
The first mark must be at least one
pipe diameter away from the end of
the conduit to prevent damage to the
conduit.

Release the roller support.
Release and press UNLOAD again.
Back squeeze off per adjustment
instructions.
Rotate shoe with BEND key until locking
cam engages.
Release the roller support.
Press UNLOAD. Bending shoe will slowly
unload until roller support retracts.
Adjust switch. Check for pinched wires
and shorts to frame.
Twist roller support handle
counterclockwise.
Follow the suggestions on the display to
adjust the HEIGHT, ANGLE, or
STRAIGHT section value.
Follow the suggestions on the display to
adjust the LENGTH or HEIGHT value.
