Place the I-neb on a flat surface and remove

the chamber lid. Hold the grips at the top
of the drug guide and position it on the
medication chamber as shown below.
Make sure the center hole is in line with
the horn.
Note
The drug guide is a funnel to help you fill the
medication chamber around the horn.
Open the medication. Use a pipette to

transfer all the prescribed medication
into the center of the of the medication
chamber. Slowly pipette the medication
around the horn. Some of the medication
will overflow into other parts of the
medication chamber. This is normal. It is
important to completely fill the center
portion of the chamber.

Leave the I-neb on a flat surface.

Carefully remove the drug guide and
replace the chamber lid and mouthpiece.
Do not allow your fingers or hands to
come in direct contact with the medication.
Make sure the I-neb remains upright. You
are now ready to start your treatment.
Caution
Never carry the I-neb with medication in the
chamber. It may spill.
