ADAPTING THE BOILER FOR A DIFFERENT TYPE OF GAS
The operations described below may only be performed
by a qualified professional.
Changing the type of gas :
- DTG 320 Eco.NOx or DTG 320 Eco.NOx DIEMATIC-
m Delta boilers are factory-set to operate with H-type
natural gas (G20 - 20 mbar). To adapt them for L-type
natural gas (G25 - 25 mbar), use the L-gas conversion
kit supplied as an option and carry out the operations
described below.
- DTG 320 Eco.NOx-300 mbar or DTG 320 DIEMATIC-
m Delta 300mbar boilers are factory-set to operate with
300 mbar H-type natural gas (G20 - 300 mbar). To adapt
them for 300 mbar L-type natural gas (G25 - 300 mbar),
carry out the operations described below.
1. Changing the injection nozzle of the ignition burner
To chage from natural gas to propane or vice-versa,
proceed as follow :
Remove the ignition burner gas supply pipe (13
mm spanner)
Remove the nipple + the seal.
Unscrew the injection nozzle using a screwdriver
and screw the new injection nozzle in place.

Re-mount the nipple + the seal.

Re-mount the ignition burner gas supply pipe
(13 mm spanner)
-
Perform a tightness check.
