When connected to a PLASTITALIA fittings (from diameter 50 to 355 mm., excluding branch saddles and tapping tees) and at the
end of any fusion cycle the I Plast 105 / 60 / 30 PLASTFAST provides the operator two time, each one related to the actual
environmental temperature:
•
the cooling time
•
the fused joint testing time

15.1) Mode of operation

At the end of any welding cycle the following information appears on the display
Wait few seconds and then three different sentences will alternate endlessly on the display.
The first one will indicate the minimum cooling time, of the PLASTITALIA just fused fitting, linked to the ambient
temperature:
•
if ambient temperature is less than 23 °C the cooling time indicated will be reduced to what on the fitting
•
if ambient temperature is over than 23 °C the cooling time will be higher to what on the fitting (may be different for old
PLASTITALIA fittings)
