Adjustments

In the standard version of the device the settings and the programming can be carried out on the front side
of the induction trolley via the control panel.
Once set, the device can be started automatically (start-up) at a specified time or by the manual operation
of the on/off key (manual start).
Programmed data can be retrieved at any time, but not during the regeneration process. The documenta-
tion of the programming steps is stored internally and is accessible at any time.
NOTE
Start-up
The start-up function activates the regeneration process automatically at the programmed time.
The regeneration process in the start-up mode can be interrupted with the on/off key (7). The program will
completely be aborted, when you first press the on/off key (PAUSE), then the on/off key after a short pause
for 2 seconds (REGENERATION ABORTED) and a third time to briefly confirm once again.
Manual start
The program is started manually by pressing the on/off key (7).
During the manual start the program can be interrupted at any time by briefly pressing the on/off key, the
display shows PAUSE.
If the on/off key is pressed again during a brief interruption, the regeneration will continue.
When the interruption takes longer than five minutes, the entire regeneration is aborted.
The maximum regeneration time is limited by the default program software.
Temperature display
The temperature display shows the measured values of the temperature sensors.
With the PLUS or MINUS key (9 or 6) the temperature of the interior and the optional additional probe (ex-
ternal temperature) is displayed on the display. With a second press of the PLUS or MINUS key the previ-
ous display is restored.
The temperature display is automatically exited after 20 seconds.
Regenerate
The regeneration process includes three phases and takes place automatically, according to the settings
menu in the program. The display shows the remaining duration of the current phase and the end of the
operation.
If the induction trolley is connected to the power supply after the programmed starting time, the current
program will be automatically started up to 20 minutes later.
If a door is opened during the current regeneration process, the process will be interrupted. The interruption
is shown on the display and an audible signal (if intended).
When the continuous regeneration process shall continue, the door has to be closed within five minutes
again, otherwise the regeneration is interrupted.
The end of the regeneration process is displayed on the display and an audible signal.

External programming
A solution for standard PCs with the Windows operating system is available
as a special accessory. The package contains a Menu Manager software and
the i-button and enables an external programming of the induction trolley. The
programming is created on the PC and then transferred via the i-button to the
control of the induction trolley.
