Fitting the protective screen
Fit the protective screen (15) to the grass
trimmer/brush cutter attachment using the
screws supplied.
Preparation for use as a brush cutter
Unscrew all the parts from the spindle.
Place the inner � ange (17) and the brush
cutter blade (11) on the spindle. Check that
the brush cutter blade is correctly � tted.
Put the outer � ange (13) and holder (16)
on the spindle and screw the lock nut (14)
anticlockwise onto the spindle thread by
hand. Note: Left thread!
Block the spindle using the Allen key (28).
Tighten the lock nut anticlockwise using the
spark plug spanner (29) provided.
