Place bench on its top, legs in the air. Pull the finger levers in position B.

Press the finger levers together, releasing the locking pins.

Release finger levers and make sure the locking pins are
engaged in the leg holes. You should see the security red
ends in the leg holes.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

Slide the leg to the desired height.

Push the finger levers back into position A.
