STEP 2
Remove the hardware box. Cut the zip-tie and
remove the mattress retainer.
STEP 3
Install (4) legs into the base frame. Simply screw each leg
into a tapped hole at the corner of the base frame (FIGURE 2).
Insert casters into the bottom of each bed leg.

STEP 4
Carefully lift the adjustable base from the shipping carton,
keeping the unit top-side-down. Remove and extend out
power cord from base.

MOVING ADJUSTABLE BASE.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SCREW
LEGS INTO ANY OTHER INSERTS.
