7.1
Filling the sintering bowl with
pearls and powder
NOTE:
Impairment of the sintering results!
Abrasion from the sintering bowl can selectively
cause shiny areas on the sintering object.
▷ Do not scrape against the sintering bowl bot-
tom with a hard object.
▷ Place separating disc [4] into sintering bowl [5].

NOTE:
Possible reaction with sintering bowl!
▷ Distribute powder only on separating disc!
Minor quantities on the bowl bottom aside of

avoided.
▷ Carefully distribute powder centrally on sepa-
rating disc using a suitable instrument (e. g.
metal tweezers).

NOTE:
Danger of breakage of sintering bowl/cover!
With too many sintering pearls in the sintering
bowl, the pressure on the sintering bowl/cover
increases.
▷ Do not fill in more than 150 g of sintering
pearls.

▷ Carefully pour 150 g of sintering pearls out of
the can centrally onto the disc and smoothen
out by gently shaking the bowl.
