Insulated Heating Blanket for 55 Gallon Drum
WARNING:
When using electrical appliances, please follow these basic
precautions to reduce risk of fire, electrical shock, injury or
property damage:
1. Read all instructions prior to using heater.
2. Always plug into grounded outlet.
3. Inspect both unit and cord before each use.
4. Do not immerse in water.
5. Never connect the product to the electrical outlet
when it is rolled.
6. Never place any heavy or sharp objects on the
Industrial Heating blanket.
7. If Heating blanket cable is broken, replace the entire
product with a new one.

8. Allow the Industrial Heating blanket to cool down to
room temperature before removing it.
9. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any
other use not recommended by the manufacturer
may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
10. Do not run cord under carpeting, throw rugs, runners
or similar floor covering. Keep cord away from high
traffic areas to avoid it being tripped over. Route
the cord so that it will not be walked on, or pinched
by furniture.
11. This appliance is not intended for use by children.
12. Always unplug heater when not in use. To disconnect,
grip plug and pull from wall outlet. Never pull cord.

For 246101 digital temperature control
1. Insert the temperature sensor between the
heating blanket and the drum barrel.
2. Plug the blanket power cord into the digital
thermostat receptacle then plug the thermostat
power plug into the 120V/60HZ wall outlet
3. Press the ON/OFF button; the screen will display
the current ambient temperature.
4. Press the UP/DOWN key to set temperature. Once
desired temperature is reached, the unit will
power off. If it falls below the set temperature,

the unit will restart to its original settings.
