J. Install Lower Rail Board
1. Install lower 2" x 4" rail board as shown in (Fig 9).
Flush with the sides of 4" x 4" deck supports.
NOTE: The bottom screw in the 2" x 4" board
should secure into the side of the 5/4" x 6"
deck board.
