III. Operating Instructions
First use of the cooker.
1.
Read the Owner's/Operator Manual carefully, especially "Important Safeguard"
chapter and "Operating Instructions".
Before use, take out pressure limiting valve from the lid and check that the tube
pipe is not blocked. If it's blocked, clean it with a thin stick (Fig. 1).
Check the correct work of the valve,
pressing the piston of the valve
with a stick, if it gives way is
correct (Fig. 2).
When using the cooker for the
rst time, place the handles putting
the screw with the washer in its
correspondent hole and tighten with
a screwdriver.
2. Closing the cooker.
Firstly, revolve the knob in anti-clockwise direction. Let the elastic ridge descend
close the lid.
Secondly, put the lid onto the body between the ears. Nestle the lid close against
the body. The elastic ridge and the ears should be at the same line.
Thirdly, revolve the knob in clockwise direction. Let the ridge ascend to touch the
ears with its ends. Be sure there is no exible feeling. Furtherly tighten the lid
to the body by revolving the knob one or two circles (Fig. 3).
Put on the pressure-limiting valve.
The valve should be placed vertically
onto the valve base (Fig. 4).
