This operation should be performed when the engine is cold
!
Warning :
Wear appropriate eye protection, gloves and use a cloth
- Loosen the two hose clamps securing the fuel supply hose 4.
- Disconnect the fuel supply hose.
- Drain any remaining fuel into the cloth.
- Lift the tank upwards.

Warning :
In the event of fuel being splashed into the eyes or swallowed
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.

Fuel tank replacement
Reverse the removal procedure
Make sure that the throttle and clutch
cables are correctly located, as shown in
photo 1

The two recesses in the fuel tank 2 should fit
over the silent blocks mounted on the frame

- Reconnect the fuel supply line.
- Make sure you hear the connector click into
place

- Reconnect the fuel pump's wiring harness.
- Replace the 3 screws and refit the seat
