3 . Operating Instructions
The METCAL HCT-900 uses a thermocouple feedback temperature control technique to regulate output temperature.
Adjust heat and air flow controls to the required values for the application. Closed loop feedback controls the
temperature even when airflow is adjusted.
The air pump will continue working 90 seconds after the unit is switched off. This function enables the heater tube to
cool down effectively.
