the fillings and time are stopped. Keep the water
filtration system and cartridge in the refrigerator
for the duration of the interruption.
The stored number of fillings appears in the display
as soon as the carafe is refilled or once you press
the button three times again.
You should pour out the first batch of filtered
water following the pause or use it for watering
plants, etc.
You should replace the filter cartridge if there is
pause in use for longer than two weeks.
Safety Feature
In order to ensure correct counting, the change
display stops counting for 15 seconds following
each filling. This records the correct number of
fillings, even if the tilting mechanism is opened
several times during this period.
Information Regarding Cleaning, Care
and Storage
With every cartridge replacement, we recommend
cleaning the carafe, funnel and lid with slightly
soapy water and then rinsing thoroughly with
warm water. Do not use any sand-based cleaning
agents or scouring pads, as these may leave behind
scratches.
The carafe and funnel can be cleaned in the
dishwasher.
The lid must not be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Over time, limescale spots can form on the lid due
to splashing water. They are easily removed by
using a commercial decalcifier.
Please always keep replacement filter cartridges in
the original foil packaging.
Store in a cool and dry place and keep protected
from sunlight.
Disposal Information
Separate packaging materials such as plastic film
and cardboard. This will help contribute to
environmental conservation.
Dispose of filter cartridges and filter fillings in the
household waste.
The change indicator is an electronic component
that must be disposed of according to local
regulations and statutory provisions. It can be
removed from the housing by using a screwdriver.
