• Press the ON pushbutton (16 Fig. 3).
• Lift the vehicle by 10 cm.
• Check the stability of the vehicle.
• Proceed with the lifting operation.
• Press the DOWN pushbutton (21 Fig. 3) until the platforms stop after a slight descent.

• Press the ON pushbutton (16 Fig. 3).
• Carry out the lowering operation (see 4.1.2 LIFT LOWERING), to lower the platforms until they stop (approx 15 cm from the floor).
DANGER: Check, before operating the lift, that inside the dangerous area (1 Fig. 5) there are no persons or animals.
This must be checked always before completing the lift lowering as this is to be considered a very dangerous phase for persons within the
lift working area (1 Fig. 5).
• Press the pushbutton LOWERING COMPLETION (22 Fig. 3) and make the platform go down completely. During this last lowering phase,
there is on acustic alarm.
• Press the EMERGENCY/OFF pushbutton (17 Fig. 3).

4.4 SAFETY DEVICES

WARNING: Do not absolutely remove or tamper with thesedevices. They must be keept is full efficiency all the time.
• MECHANICAL STAND-BY SAFETY DEVICES (1 Fig. 11): prevent the lowering of the platform in case of block in the hydraulic circuit.
• MECHANICAL ANTI-FALL DEVICE (2 Fig. 11): they block the descent of the platforms in case of loosening or breaking of the cables.
• WHEEL STOP SAFETY DEVICE (10 Fig. 3): prevent the longitudinal movement and possible fall-down of the vehicle when the platforms are
raised. The safeties are integrated on the climbing boards, drive-in side, and fixed on the opposite side.
• MAXIMUM PRESSUE VALVE on the hydraulic circuit: does not allow the lifting of vehicles with weight exceeding the lift capacity.
• Safety valve on the hydraulic cylinder: prevents the lowering of the platforms incase there is a sudden pressure decrease in the hydraulic
circuit.
• EMERGENCY/OFF pushbutton (17 Fig. 3): if pressed down stops the lift operation.
• Pushbutton LOWERING COMPLETION (22 Fig. 3): pressing the DOWN pushbutton (21 Fig. 3) the platforms stop at approx 15 cm from the
floor to remoind the operator to check the working area (1 Fig. 5). Before pressing the pushbutton LOWERING COMPLETION (22 Fig. 3) to
complete the operation, make sure that the area is free as this last lowering phase can be dangerous for persons that are close to the lift
hazardous area (1 Fig. 5).
• SOUND ALARM during the lowering completion phase.
• ON indicator lamp (18 Fig. 3): no access to the platforms when lighted.
• Low voltage auxiliary electrical circuit: this type of circuit does not cause "electrical shock".
