5.1.2 MOBILFIX when installed with Würth injection mortal WIT-PE-500
Installation in concrete with injection mortar WIT-PE 500:

Comply with assembly instructions and approval information
for anchoring equipment. Drill a hole with a drill bit of nominal
diameter d =24 mm and a depth of h
o
surface of the anchoring base using an impact drill.
Clean drilled hole (blow out twice, machine brush-clean twice,
blow out twice).
Screw mixer to cartridge, use injection mortar applicator gun.
Observe setting depth.
Press an approx. 10 cm long strand out of the gun and do not
directly inject into drilled hole.
Check the temperature of the anchoring base. The temperature

must be 5°C. Fill the drilled hole with injection mortar, moving
from the base of the drilled hole upwards. Approx. 2/3 of the drilled
hole should be filled with injection mortar.
Push Mobilfix mount material right down to the drilled hole base,
turning it slightly.
Visually check the quantity of injection mortar and the setting
depth mark. The injection mortar must reach right up to the
surface. If you do not see any injection mortar at the surface,
remove the mount material without delay and inject WIT-PE 500
injection mortar again.
Observe the injection mortar curing time. See the processing
instructions on the cartridge and the assembly instructions.
Following correct installation, the Mobilfix (eyelet) can be fixed
in the Mobilfix 1 mount material.
Once the injection mortar is set, proof load the anchorage to
7,5kN for 15 seconds.
