ASSEMBLY OF THE PROXIMAL CONNECTION
Paso Knee with pyramid adapter
• Slide the washers (6 & 7) onto the 40 mm central screw (5), guide the screw through the central opening in the
head of the joint (16) and tighten the pyramid adapter (11) to a torque of 35 Nm.
• Secure the 40 mm central screw (5) with Loctite and use a torque wrench (8 mm Allen key).
Paso Knee with IKF-Adapter
• Slide the washers (6 & 7) onto the 27 mm central screw (3), guide the screw through the central opening in the
head of the joint (16) and tighten the IKF-Adapter(15) to a torque of 35 Nm. Make sure that you assemble the
IKF-Adapter(15) in the correct A-P direction.
• Secure the 27 mm central screw (3) with Loctite and use a torque wrench (8 mm Allen key).

• 3 back (P) progressive buffers (with holes)
• 1 front (A) stop buffer (without holes)
