User instructions
1. Place grinder base on a sturdy level surface.
2. Unwrap cord and place the cord in the notch in the base to ensure it is level.
3. Remove the lid by turning it counterclockwise.
4. Fill the grinding chamber with coffee beans/spices. You may fill up to but not
exceeding the silver line, approximately ½ cup. With spices that are larger or
hard, such as black peppercorns, it is best to use smaller amounts when
grinding. More pulsing may be needed to make sure the spices are properly
ground.
5. Place the lid on the grinder base and turn clockwise to lock into place. The
arrows on the lid do not need to line up with the arrow on the base to lock the
lid into place.
6. Plug the grinder into an electrical outlet.
7. Press and hold the On/Off button to grind beans/spices until desired
consistency, up to 20 seconds.
8. DO NOT open the lid before the blade has stopped completely.

Some general guidelines for grinding are listed below. However, times will vary
depending upon the amount of coffee used and your personal preference.

1. The grinder can also grind dry, brittle spices.
2. The grinder will not grind any food/spice that is moist, extremely hard or
gummy such as chocolate, sesame seeds or oily spices such as cinnamon,
cloves or nutmeg.
3. DO NOT grind peanuts or grains such as wheat, rice barley or dried corn.
Attempt to grind these food may damage your coffee grinder.
NOTE: The grinder's transparent plastic lid may absorb certain spice flavors. Wash
lid thoroughly after grinding dry spices.
