16. DO NOT obstruct the airflow.
17. NEVER drop or insert fingers or any object into any opening OR into the area
protected by the guards.
18. DO NOT operate the fan without the front guard/grill in place.
19. DO NOT operate the fan directly adjacent to curtains, plants, window covers,
etc. to avoid accidental entanglement or create a fire hazard.
20. DO NOT use the fan if it has not been fully assembled. Make sure that the
screws that hold the feet and main unit together are tightened securely.
21. Keep the cord away from heavy traffic areas. To avoid fire hazard, NEVER put
the cord under rugs, radiators or stoves or where it can be tripped over.
22. To maintain operating efficiency, user should not operate the fan 24 hours a
day, seven days a week.
23. DO NOT touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
24. NOTE: This fan employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an
overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the fan from the
outlet. Replace the fuse and check the fan. If the replacement fuse blows, a
short circuit may be present, and you should contact customer service for
instructions.
25. WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not use this fan
with any solid-state speed control device.
