3. Press the programming button using tools.

4. Supply the system.
5. Hold down the button for 3 seconds or until the blue LED lights.
6. Release the programming button. At this time the light curtain enters in programming mode.
7. Press the programming button according to the number of beams to be programmed in the
blanking. This number must be between 0 and 3, that is, 3 is the maximum number of beams
to be programmed. For each pulse in the button the blue LED flashes indicating programming.
8. Wait for the light curtain process the program.
9. Replace the screw to protect the programming (See
Figure 6.5 on page
27). At the end of
programming the blue LED will flash according to the programming 1, 2 or 3 times respectively
for programming with 1, 2 or 3 beams.
The programming of zero (0) beams meaning blanking is NOT used.
If the user performs an invalid programming, for example, set an amount of beams larger than
allowed, the curtain will be working normal operation without blanking.
If the light curtain is turned off and re-energized the programming is stored in its memory and
do not need to program again. After programming we recommend measuring the monitoring
area of the light curtain to check if the operation corresponds to the desired setting.
