Automatic Closing Time :
The control unit closes the gate automatically without sending
additional commands.
The time can be selected thanks to the dedicated application
SEAV "BeTech".
PED : Pedestrian Passage:
The control unit allows, using either the dedicated application
SEAV "BeTech" and the radio control, the Motor to run for a
programmable amount of time, as Pedestrian access beyond
normal operation.
D.S. 1 : Security Device 1 (Photocells):
The control unit allows for the connection and control of
Photocells, Tyre sensors (NC).
Commands from the photocells is ignored during the opening,
and when the gate is closing they will reverse the direction of
movement.
Attention: if not used, this input must be jumped or Disabled
via the dedicated application SEAV "BeTech".
D.S. 2 : Security Device 2 (Photocells):
The control unit allows for the connection and control of
Photocells, Tyre sensors (NC).
If the device trips during opening, the gate stops momentarily.
Once freed, the control unit continues the opening phase. If
the device trips during closing, gate motion is reversed.
Attention: if not used, this input must be jumped or Disabled
via the dedicated application SEAV "BeTech".
Motor Power
:
The electronic control unit, using the dedicated application
SEAV "BeTech" via Smartphone, is used to adjust the motor
Power and Speed, fully managed by the microprocessor. The
adjustment can be made within a range of 0% and 100% of the
Maximum Power.
Nevertheless, every movement has an initial surge, powering
the motor for 2 seconds at the maximum power even if motor
power adjustment is enabled.
Warning: You will need to repeat the teach-in phase if you
wish to adjust the Motor Power as operation and deceleration
times may be affected.
Deceleration / Deceleration Power :
The motor deceleration function is used on the gates to stop
them from reaching their final position at a high speed in the
opening and closing phases.
The control unit, if the Deceleration is active, allows the Slow-
motion time to be programmed for the desired points, during
Motor Timer programming. Furthermore, the electronic control
unit, using the dedicated application SEAV "BeTech" via
Smartphone, can be used to exclude the Deceleration and
adjust the Motor Power during this phase.
Connection with Timer :
The control unit can have a timer set up instead of an open-
close control button.
Example: at 08:00 the timer closes the contact and the control
unit opens the gate. At 18:00 the timer opens the contact and
the control unit closes the gate. During the interval between
08:00 and 18:00, at the end of the opening phase, the control
unit disables the flashing beacon, automatic closing and radio
controls.
Settings :
The control unit is supplied by the manufacturer with the
possibility of selecting a number of important functions, using
the dedicated application SEAV "BeTech".
CODE : (Radio control Code programming)
The control unit can store up to 100 radio controls with
different codes, such as Fix, Rolling Code or Plus.
The transmission code must be programmed as follows:
press the CODE key of the SEAV "BeTech " application
via Smartphone, at the same time send the pre-selected
code of the desired radio control; when the control unit
emits a confirmation Beep, programming will be
completed. If all 100 available codes have been stored, by
repeating the programming operation, the control unit will
emit a Beep, indicating that it is not possible to store any
more codes.
DELETE Remote Control:
All stored codes can be deleted as follows: press the DELETE
key of the SEAV "BeTech" application via Smartphone, at the
same time the control unit will emit a confirmation Beep,
preceded by alerts visible on the Smartphone.
PED CODE: (Pedestrian radio control code)
The programming and deleting procedure is the same as the
one illustrated above except that it refers to the PED CODE key
of the SEAV "BeTech" application.
Programming by Remote RCD :
The electronic control unit, using the dedicated application
SEAV "BeTech" via Smartphone, allows to select the radio
control Programming function remotely via a radio control
already present in the memory: The Radio control can be
programmed remotely as follows: continuously sending a
previously-stored radio control code for more than 10 seconds.
At this point the control unit switches to programming mode, as
described above in the CODE paragraph.
Flashing : (Flashing output operation)
The control unit has a 230 Vac output, for connection to a
flashing light or a courtesy light.
The electronic control unit, using the dedicated application
SEAV "BeTech" via Smartphone, can be used to select the
operation of the Flashing light 230V output:
- Courtesy Light : Courtesy light on for 3 minutes
following an opening command
- T. Mot. : Flashing light only active while motors are ON.
- T. Mot. + Automating Clos. Time : Flashing active
only while motors are ON and during Automatic Closing
Time.
- T. Mot. + Pre-Flashing : Flashing for 3 seconds before
starting the motors and while motors are ON.
- T. Mot. + Pre-Flashing + Automating Clos. Time :
Flashing for 3 seconds before starting the motors, while
motors are ON and during Automatic Closing Time.
