The R-080010 / R-080020 / R-080025 is a practical electro-vibrator unit specially
designed for compacting materials for the jewellery and dental mechanics sectors. To
obtain best performance from the unit, we recommend you read the following
instructions carefully.
• Place the unit on a smooth, firm, perfectly horizontal surface. The electro-vibrator is
fitted with rubber suction caps (A) to ensure firm attachment.
• Connect the plug to a 220 V, 50/60 Hz earthed power outlet.
• Place the cylinder or items to be vibrated on the unit's vibration platform. In the case
of impression bowls, the mixture can also be compacted by resting the bowl firmly on
the edge of the unit and holding down the bowl handle with your hand.
• Adjust the vibration regulator (B) to its minimum setting (turn the knob anti-clockwise),
then connect the On switch (D) and the electro-vibrator will start up.
• Slowly move the unit's regulator (B) clockwise and check that the oscillation rate
gradually increases. Set the regulator to a suitable amplitude for the operation.
• After a short time, once the mixture is properly compacted, switch the unit off using
the On/Off switch (D).
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
To ensure a long, trouble-free service life and performance of the unit, we recommend
as follows:
• After using the unit, always clean away any splashes of mixture before they dry.
• Clean the vibration platform and outer housing of the electro-vibrator regularly with a
damp cloth. The rubber cover protecting the platform can be easily removed to
facilitate cleaning.
• As a precaution, always disconnect the unit from the mains before cleaning it.
• To remove the vibration platform (C), remove the 4 bolts next to the suction pads (A)
on the base of the unit (see photograph, page 2).
PRECAUTIONS
♦ Before connecting the unit ensure that the power supply is 220 V, 50/60 Hz and
earthed.
♦ Do not use the unit in wet places or close to heat sources.
♦ Do not place easily broken containers or other objects on the vibration platform.
♦ Do not allow children or unskilled personnel to handle the unit.
♦ Do not pull, twist or bend the mains cable excessively.
