Plastic Handle Grease Gun 400cc :
Loading cartridged grease:
1 )Unscrew the head to separate it from the cylinder.
2)Pull the rear driven handle of the grease gun completely to the bottom of the cylinder, and then tilt it
sidewards into the locking device at the bottom of the barrel.
3)Unscrew the cover of the grease cylinder and put the cylinder safely into the cylinder. Then tear off the "pull-
off" closure at the other end of the grease cylinder.
4)Screw the head on but not too tight. Press and hold the lock plate at the end of the cylinder and push the
driven handle straightly into the cylinder.
5)Pull the driven handle to the bottom and push it back under no-load condition. Repeat this action for several
times until the grease is squeezed out.
6)Screw the cylinder and push the driven handle into the cylinder:
a)Make sure that the bottom of the grease cylinder is inserted into the gun cylinder with its edges not
damaged or squeezed. Otherwise, the rubber plug of the grease cylinder cannot be inserted into the
grease cylinder, and the grease cannot be squeezed out. In such case, please correct the all errors above
so as to squeeze out the grease.
b)Do not reuse the grease cartridge.
c)Adding proper amount of grease or other lubricating oil to the grease gun will help to use and lubricate
the grease gun.
Loading grease in seal pot:
1 )Connect the grease nipple on the grease gun to the fitting of the pump and gently rotate.
2)Hold the grease gun securely and operate the handle of the pump. When the grease is being injected, the
driven handle of the grease gun will automatically move backwards. When it stops moving, it indicates that
the grease gun is full of grease.
3)After the grease gun is full, disconnect the pump fitting, press and hold the lock plate at the end of the
cylinder, and push the driven handle into the cylinder.

Loading bulk grease:
1) Unscrew the head to separate it from the cylinder.
2)Dip the head into the grease cylinder, hold the grease gun with one hand, and pull the driven rod from the
back with the other hand. Ensure that the opening of the grease gun is always immersed in the grease to keep
air out.
3)Install the head, press and hold the lock plate at the end of the cylinder, and push the driven handle into the
cylinder.
Troubleshooting:
Fault: The grease gun operates normally but no grease is squeezed.
Causes: There is air inside the grease gun, resulting in a phenomenon called blank operation which prevents the
grease from being squeezed out.
Solutions:
1) Pull the driven handle backwards to an appropriate position at the rear of the cylinder, hold the air bleeder on
the head with one hand, and press the lock plate at the end of the cylinder with the other hand to push the
iron core handle into the gun body.
2)Or pull the driven handle backwards to an appropriate position at the rear of the cylinder, unscrew the head from
the cylinder, and press the lock plate at the end of the cylinder to push the iron core handle into the gun body.
3) Try to operate the grease gun for several times. If the grease is still not squeezed out, repeat the operations
above for twice to 3 times, until the grease can be squeezed out normally.
4)Tightly screw the head together with the cylinder.
