• Insert probe into test substance about 25mm
• Take the reading when stable
Centigrade or Fahrenheit

• Press the ˚C/˚F button once to select
Maximum/Minimum Memory Function

Press Max/Min button once to display maximum reading
Press Max/Min once more to show the minimum reading
Press Max/Min button again to return to normal display

Clear Memory

Press On/Off button once to show the Max/Min memory
Press the button again for 5-6 secs. to clear memory
Data Hold

Press Hold button once - the display will retain the reading
Press Hold button again - the display will return to normal
Power On/Off
