Issue: Bluetooth will not connect
Solution: Try the following:
• Please consult the user guide of your Bluetooth enabled
audio device for instructions.
• Make sure that both your audio device and DuraWaves are
discoverable and in search mode.
• Try rebooting the speaker by turning it o then back on.
• Make sure someone else is not already connected to
DuraWaves.

• Incorrect use or incompatibility with your device may result
in reduced ba ery performance or damage to your device.
• Do not a empt to disassemble product.
• Store and operate between 32°F – 113°F.
• Do not fully submerge the speaker under water.
• Do not place this product near a heat source or ame.
• Do not throw or shake.
• Do not operate if it has been subjected to shock or damage.
• Do not crush or puncture the ba ery.
• Recharge the internal ba ery every 3 months when not in
use to keep the ba ery in best condition.
• Use so cloth to clean the exterior. Do not use harsh
chemicals or strong cleaning solvents.
• The internal ba ery must be recycled or disposed of
properly. Contact your local waste management o ce for
information on the proper disposal or recycling.
