Recipes:
Chocolate Chip Cookies
• 8 Tbs. of salted butter
• 1 egg
• 1/4 C. light brown sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Soften/Melt butter in microwave the butter for
about 40 seconds.
2. Use your stand mixer to beat the butter with the sugars until creamy. Add the
vanilla and the egg; beat on low speed 10-15 seconds.
3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until dough crumbles. Press dough with hands
to form one large ball. Add the chocolate chips folding in with your hands.
4. Roll the dough into 9-12 large balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11
minutes until the cookies are lightly golden.
5. Take them out of the oven and let cool on the pan for 30 minutes. Store any
leftovers in an airtight containers or freeze them.
Guacamole
• 3 avocados, ripe
• 1/2 small onion, finely diced
• 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
• 1 lime, juiced
1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and skin.
2. Add all ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix together on a low speed. Make it as
chunky or smooth as you'd like.
3. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
• 1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour (more as needed)
• 1/2 C. white sugar
• ¼ tsp. salt (plus a pinch)
• 3/4 C. chocolate chips
• 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 3 tbsp, fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
