List of Alarms / Failures / Recommendations
All alarms cause the machine to deactivate with error information and activation of the alarm
LED. The alarm must be "reset" and reset. To reset the machine, press the "on/off" button for 3
to 4 seconds until you hear the beep, accompanied by a message "Reset alarms in progress".

If the alarm reset is successful, new information is checked – Reset alarms Successful.
In the off state, if for any reason the smoke temperature rises above 85ºC (Th01) the oven
enters the deactivation mode.

Description

equipment in off mode.
Door open, no draught

Encoder shows signal
but has failed to control;
allows temporary
unlocking and voltage

Cause
Ambient fan does
not work; thermostat
defective; machine with
poor ventilation.
Obstruction on the
exhaust pipe or faulty
extractor.
The pellet reservoir
is empty; faulty
thermostat; worm drive
channel empty.
The ventilator does not
work or is at a low
power level; insufficient
extraction; excess
quantity of pellets; fume
probe damaged.
Check connection; check that the fan is not
blocked; after fault correction, select operating
mode P25=2 again.
Exhaust pipe
obstruction or puller
defective.
Empty worm channel;
firing burnt resistance;
firing basket incorrectly
placed; smoke
temperature has not
exceeded the value set
on activation.
Resolution
Call for assistance.
Close the door
and clear the error
message.
Refill the pellet tank;
call for assistance.
Increase the power
level to maximum
power (if the
problem persists,
call for assistance).
After correction of
the malfunction it is
necessary to select
operating mode
P25=2 again.
Start up again;
replace resistance.
