Daily Maintenance
Unplug power cord(s) before servicing or making
any repairs.
1. Inspect hoses for wear. Frayed or cracked hoses
should be replaced to avoid solution pressure loss.
2. Inspect charging cord for wear or damage. To
prevent electrical shock, replace cords that are
frayed or have cracked insulation immediately.
3. Flush the entire system, including spray gun, with
0.5 to 1 gallons of clean, warm water.
4. Check hoses for wear, blockages or damage.
Frayed or cracked hoses should be repaired or
replaced to eliminate solution pressure loss.
5. Check all handles, switches, knobs, electrical
cables and connections on your machine for
damage. If the cable insulation is broken or frayed,
repair or replace it immediately. Do not take
chances with electrical fire or shock.
6. Clean out reservoir, solution screen and nozzle.
7. Clean outside of machine and check for damage.
Nozzle Replacement and Cleaning
1. Turn off the Electrostatic power switch before
removing the nozzle.
2. The nozzle is located inside the nozzle holder. To
access the nozzle loosen the nozzle holder ring by
rotating it ccw as shown. Turn the ring several
turns until the nozzle holder is unthreaded from the
ring. The nozzle holder is connected to the gun
assembly by a wire. Use care when handling the
nozzle holder to prevent damage to the wire.
3. The nozzle can be inspected while still in the
holder. If it appears clogged it should be removed
for cleaning.

4. Push the nozzle and sealing washer out of the
holder and clean it with water and/or compressed
air.
5. Replace the nozzle and sealing washer back into
the holder. Orient the nozzle so that the orifice is
vertical.
6. Insert the nozzle holder back into the threaded ring
aligning the tabs and notches at the bottom of the
holder. Turn the ring clockwise to tighten the nozzle
holder. Use care to make sure the ring and nozzle
holder are not cross threaded.
NOTE: The ring should be finger tight, do not use a
tool.
NOTE: Make sure to hold spray gun valve open
(Squeeze gun trigger) during disassembly and re-
assembly.
Monthly Maintenance
1. Check all gaskets for wear and leakage.
2. Check pump pressure; observe spray pattern.
3. Check overall performance of machine.
