Yearly Maintenance
1. Check accumulator air pressure.
Squeeze the gun trigger until no fluid or air flows
from the nozzle. Remove the cap on the air valve
of the accumulator and check the pressure with a
tire pressure gauge. The pressure should be 40
PSI. A tire pump can be used to add air.
Storage
•
Thoroughly clean and flush machine if it is to be
stored.
•
Protect this machine from freezing while in
storage.
•
Store with access covers removed to allow
reservoir to dry.
•
Leave machine plugged in while in storage to
maintain battery performance.
Only qualified maintenance personnel are to
perform the following repairs.
Pump Replacement
1. Turn off all switches and unplug the machine.
2. Empty solution tank.
3. Open spray gun valve until spray stops.
4. Set machine on its side.
5. Remove bottom cover.
6. Disconnect hose from solution tank.
7. Disconnect pump connector from circuit board.
8. Remove solution hoses from fittings.
9. Remove fittings from pump.
10. Remove screws that hold pump to bottom cover.
11. Reverse process to install new pump.
12. Check for leaks before installing bottom cover.

Main Battery Replacement
The battery should last for many years, depending on
use. In the event that the battery needs replaced,
please follow the steps below. Use best electrical
practices while performing battery replacement.
1. Turn off all switches and unplug machine.
2. Empty solution tank.
3. Open spray gun valve until spray stops.
4. Set machine on its side.
5. Remove bottom cover.
6. Disconnect hose from solution tank.
7. Disconnect connectors from battery.
8. Remove battery strap and properly dispose of old
battery.
9. Connect new battery connectors on wires. Be sure
to connect black wire to the negative battery
terminal.
10. Install new battery in machine with battery strap.
11. Reconnect solution tank hose and reinstall bottom
cover.
12. Turn machine on to test function.
